Returns & Exchanges
For the easiest return process, please email us at email@example.com including your order information, the reason for return, and any pictures you may have to include. This will be the best way for us to quickly start the return process.
We accept returns and exchanges of products within 30 days from the shipping date. The shipping date is the date the product left our warehouse.
Most importantly, the condition must be kept completely new for resale. Parts returned in used or abused condition due to mishandling will not be refunded. Please include your receipt in the return which lets us know who is returning the item.
Please do not install a product if you are not sure you want to keep it as we do not accept returns for products that have been installed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned for an exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.
For return orders that received free shipping, the shipping cost will not be refunded. For returns being exchanged for a different size or color, the customer will have to pay the shipping on the returned item.
Returns and Exchanges are not accepted for special order items, electrical items, incomplete items (missing hardware), Ermax products that have been opened, or leather bags.
For cancelations, please contact us before we ship to have an order canceled. Email is preferred to keep communication in our records. But, if it is an in-stock item, please call as we like to ship as quickly as possible. Please allow a couple of business days for us to process cancelations.
Items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship are eligible for 30 days from the shipping date after a defect has been found. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the problem and detailed photos in order for us to assist you.
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the shipping date. For any wrong item sent out, the correct item will be immediately sent out with a return label for the incorrect one.
For any items that are considered Damaged Merchandise: We use UPS and USPS for shipping and if you receive damaged merchandise you must report it to the carrier within two working days of receiving the package. UPS requires the recipient to report all damage claims. Do not return any damaged parts to Moto Machines before the shipping company can issue a claim number and, if required, inspect the goods.
We stand behind all the products we sell. All items have a one-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must be lodged with Moto Machines by email before returning any defective items. Please send a detailed description, photos, and proof of purchase to email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Warranties do not cover damage caused by crashes, negligence, wear and tear, or improper installation. Warranties do not cover items purchased from 3rd party sites such as Craigslist or eBay. Whatever the situation may be, we will do our best to help you.
