Excellent Service. I was told

Excellent Service. I was told when I purchased this BMW with the saddle bags, it only came with one key, and if you lose it you are unable to get another one. I found your company and purchased one. Thanks so much!

Wheres my key?

Moto Machines has always been a solid source for MC accessories, but only earned an average rating because I waited over 2 months for a standard Hepco & Becker replacement key. They likely had their hands tied by H&B, their supplier, but this supply chain issue needs to be resolved for the benefit of future customers.

Hi,

We do apologize for the long wait on the key. For quite some time there has been a key shortage over at Hepco which caused long delays on getting most keys. Thankfully, this issue is resolved now and future orders should be received in our standard timeframe

Great service from Moto Machines

I needed replacement keys for Krauser-made bags on my 1993 Yamaha GTS1000. They are listed on Krauser's German website but not available to send to the USA. Moto Machines is a US Krauser dealer, so they got them for me! It took a while, but they did it, as promised, and kept me informed along the way.
