Hepco & Becker latch assembly for Hepco & Becker Top Cases to the Hepco & Becker Rear Racks. Available as replacements for when the latch fails or needs replacement. It comes with instructions and hardware (rivets) to install on your top case with ease. 

If your original latches fail or break for any reason, these are available for easy quick replacement to get your luggage case back to working order. Your current Key and Lock cylinder can be swapped into the new latch easily. Video HERE!!

Perfect for my project

So, I have to admit it; I'm a bit of a cheapskate. When I was shopping for a simple topcase to mount on my new Easy Rack, my size requirement was dictated by my laptop dimensions, and my budget by my thrifty nature. When I saw this Latch Assembly and related parts, I knew the answer to my dilemma. The parts were no problem to mount to my chosen case using the provided pop rivets; you will need a rivet puller to mount the latch assembly. See my pics for details. Great purchase, I highly recommend it!
