Product is only eclipsed by the service

Latch arrived on time and worked great. I also ordered locks for the luggage but ordered the wrong thing but Noah emailed me back and forth and shipped the correct style lock quickly and handled my own mistake as if it was somehow their problem. Thank you, and I am glad my luggage is secure now!

Great service!! Exactly the part

Great service!! Exactly the part I needed.
It was great because my hepco cases are old , and having the part I needed and in stock was amazing. These cases are built like tanks , having my Gs fall on them and only a few dents was awesome, all that needed changing was the locking clasp.
Great gear !!
