The Hepco & Becker cutout side carrier provides all the benefits of the standard side carrier while saving valuable space. The cutout is different from the normal side carrier where it is built around the exhaust providing a minimal width as possible. This is a kit that includes the cutout side carrier, 40 liter xplorer for the non exhaust side, and 37 liter xplorer for the exhaust side. They mount in the traditional way with lock and key and maintain the quick on and off use. The cutout cases come in either black or silver and are specifically designed for each bike. It provides the perfect loadout for adventure riding and off-roading!

Most people utilize the cutout specific Xplorer cases listed here, but we offer the carriers without cases as well for people who would rather use the cutout Xtravel bags listed HERE.

Fits perfect; Easy install

Bought the rack separately from the Xplorer hard cases. Will purchase later, but surprisingly, my bicycle touring bags fit perfectly.
Highly recommend the rack.

H&B Xplorer 37/40 best option 800DE

I think the Hepco and Becker cutout Xplorer series are the best fit/finish/function of all adventure bike panniers out there. Looks are subjective, but I dig 'em on this bike! Ample storage, and as symmetric as can be with a high exhaust. I was able to take them on a few rides now after installation, and I couldn't be happier! 800-1000 miles or so. They are the best ones I have ever had. The clasps/latches are a bit finnicky, but I think they will get better as the miles increase. New and tight is all. Super high quality on all H&B parts I have received from MM that are installed on this bike.

You get what you pay for! They aren't cheap....
