Provides a finishing touch

These caps are easy to install, and provide a finishing touch to address the open-end frame tubes. These caps might even be functional (as opposed to merely aesthetic) as they may prevent rust and corrosion build-up inside the frame tubes. They are rather pricey for simple plastic caps, and the bike should have come with them from the factory. You need them, however, if you are a perfectionist.
