The new range of Zard exhausts for the Triumph Scrambler 400X exhaust is the result of technological research, development, and design from the Zard Centro Stile. Zard offers a Full Kit racing composed of a stainless steel header and silencer.

The result is a product handcrafted in Italy, characterized by extreme lightweight (-7.4 kg (-15.9 lbs) compared to the standard exhaust system) and a significant increase in performance (+2.1 HP compared to the stock exhaust system).

These qualities are attributed to a distinctive design and an underframe mounting solution that underscores the strengths of a motorcycle featuring a premium structure, accompanied by an invigorating sound profile in authentic Zard fashion. Available with optional black finish.


Warning: by installing the Zard full kit, the motorcycle's electronics in E5 Plus configuration might detect a catalyst anomaly due to anti-pollution regulations, causing the cat warning light (informative) to turn on. Triumph Speed 400 Zard full-exhaust

Regarding the exhaust, it is as advertised. It looks exceptional on the bike and sounds amazing. It is definitely louder than the stock exhaust, and for me, borderline too loud, but the clean look and exhaust note are why I am tolerating the volume. If this were a slip-on, I probably would opt for something a bit quieter, but as I said, the look is worth it.

Install was easy and the exhaust I received was actually Euro 5+ compliant. The difference is the Euro 5+ has two ports for two O2 sensors, vs Euro5 only has one, which is shown in the Zard install video.

MotoMachines service was outstanding. The price was what I paid, even with potential tariff/fees hanging in the background, and it came to me as soon as they had it, which was very fast.
