High Quality low exhaust for Scrambler 1200

I installed the Zard low exhaust on my 2020 my Triumph 1200 Scrambler XC to: 1) Reduce/eliminate the heat from the stock high pipes and 2) to increase luggage options. It definitely accomplished both those goals. It is a high quality piece and it was easy to install. My only two issues are: 1) It is pretty pricey, 2) It is loud -- the "DB Killers" that came with the exhaust are a joke and virtually no effect. The are nothing more than lightly smaller diameter sleeves that fit into the exhaust tips. I ended up having to make my own baffles to get the noise level to something I am comfortable with. It is now has a bit of bark on acceleration but a cruising speed or steady throttle is fairly quiet. The good news is that the character of the sound is quite good. Also after I did the idling ECU learning process the fueling is excellent without having to do a full remap.

Stainless Steel Zard lower exhaust transformative!

I did everything to reduce the heat on my Scrambler 1200 XE. From heat tape to removing the cat, nothing worked enough to cool the bike down during urban riding in the summer! I bit the bullet and bought the Zard , lower full exhaust! "Problem completely solved!" But the bike also looks better and with even improved sound vs my previous Arrow kit.

It's a game changer for the bike which I now love even more. It would be nice to add crash bars , if I ever take the bike on gnarly trails again - i need to know what crash bars can fit with this lower exhaust? . Otherwise , the bike is magic for me now and simply kicks ass!

Purchased exhaust due to burning my right leg on Triumph Scrambler 1200. Instalation was a joke, Easy, all fitted well. Sound is kind of bad ass. I am 66 years old. Haha!
Would recommend the product. Only soft spot....kind of pricey
