ZARD Exhaust De-Cat Header Pipes Harley Davidson Grand American Models

The Zard decat, specifically designed for the Harley-Davidson® Grand American Touring, range has been engineered to reduce weight and improve performance for Road King Special, Road Glide, Road Glide Limited, Street Glide, Ultra Glide, CVO Limited, CVO Road Glide and CVO Street Glide models equipped with Milwaukee-Eight 107, 114, 117, and 121 engines.

Handcrafted in Italy using high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel and first grade titanium, this component is equipped with provisions for the original lambda probe (both large and small) and standard heat shields, ensuring easy installation. A dB killer is included for sound adjustment, and the technical solutions employed significantly reduce operating temperatures.

Thanks to the Zard decat, there is a weight reduction of 1,3 kg in the stainless steel version and 2,2 kg in the titanium one and a power increase of 2,9 hp. This product is compatible with both original exhaust systems and Zard slip-ons, offering great versatility.
