Mixed feelings but look great

I ordered these in matte black. They arrived, and the right side cover installed easily. The left side cover was not completely manufactured. They did not weld onto the underside of it the 3 pegs that are used to attach the side panel of the bike. Additionally, it was not completely painted. MotoMachines customer service was very responsive and had a replacement side cover in the mail within 24hrs. The new one did arrive fully built, but the pegs weren't spaced properly so it couldn't be installed at first. After a fair amount of grinding and sanding, I was able to get it to fit securely. After all that, I'm now very happy with the look of the bike. These are much smaller than OEM and lend the bike a cleaner appearance. It does seem however that the quality control from Zard leaves much to be desired, especially for such an expensive item.
