On bikes where the rear shock is right in front of the rear wheel, this is the perfect opportunity for your spring and dampener to get gunked up and diry with debris thrown up by the rear tire. This is especially common on adventure models. The Pyramid Shock Shield is specifically made for each model and utilizes hardware, brackets, flaps or whatever is needed to best protect that shock and also look like an OEM part on the bike.

Does not fit

Too wide. Had to bend it quite a bit. Would have returned it, but motomachines would probably charge shipping, again! Cheaper to force it. Will not buy again. Will not buy from this site again. Already posted a review, but they delete it because it's not glowing. Ever notice most of their stuff has no reviews? I wonder why...

Don't bother. It won't fit.

It doesn't fit between the foot peg mounts. It's too wide by about a third of an inch.

Given that I don't want to have to pay to ship it back (I am sure that motomachines would requite this because they already gouge for shipping) I opted to bend/bow the support bar to squeeze it in, and this makes the flap rub the tire.

I won't buy form motomachines again and I wouldn't recommend Pyramid's product either.
