For sale are Rear Hugger Extensions from Pyramid Plastics. These extensions are designed to glue on from underneath the existing rear hugger. The purpose of these extensions is to provide additional protection from dirt and road debris flicked up from the rear tire. This can be a quick way to stop the grime from getting on the bike or you!

Customers praised this rear hugger for its high quality and attractive appearance. Many found installation "easy" and "straightforward" with "spot on" fit. The product effectively protects components and keeps bikes clean. However, some noted concerns about pricing and fitment issues on certain models, with inconsistent tire clearance.

Impressed

High quality product bought to protect rear shock and engine components. Fit was spot on with no alterations and installation was a breeze. I have been complimented on the looks.

Pyramid Rear Hugger

It took a little longer to fill and ship the order than I expected. The rear hugger looks good and appears to be of good quality. But the fitment to my 850 Tiger Sport is disappointing, especially for such a costly item. The clearance with the rear tire should be a little more for a dual-purpose machine such as this. Also, the clearance with the tire is less on the right side, than the left. I think it's because there are two mounting points on the left side and only one on the right, so it sags. I tried to shim up the right side mounting point, but it doesn't help much. If anyone has also experienced this and has a solution, please let me know. For what it cost, I'd expect a perfect fit.

Nice but...

Nice add-on, looks great, steep price. Two issues.. the warning in the box of two up at soft shock settings can allow the hugger to impact the battery case. Be nice to know before purchase. I single ride my 900 so...no matter. AND there is a much cheaper option now thru Pyramid that just blocks the shock. The hugger looks great though!

2022 Tiger 900GT Pro rear Hugger

Another great mod by Pyramid Plastics and Moto Machines. The rear hugger in flat black looks great, easy to install and fits great, and is very effective in keeping the underside of my 2022 Tiger clean. Love it.

Worth the wait.

The product quality is very good a mixture of plastic with fiberglass reinforcement. The fit is good although the.attachment bolt on brake side is fiddley.

The part was sold out when I ordered so I had to wait 2 months for delivery. The product works very well for the Tiger 900 and is a great improvement.

Finally Got It & Worth the Wait

It ended up taking around 3 months to make it to me in the USA. We'll blame the delay of delivery on the Covid-19 mess and leave it at that. However, I'm glad that I waited on the matt version to arrive since it matches all the other black plastic pieces already on the bike. Just finished installing the hugger and it was very simple and straight forward. The fit, finish and quality is excellent just like the other Pyramid products that I've purchased in the past. Haven't ridden the bike yet but I expect all will be fine and without issues.
