Easiest solution to keeping mud from the rear shock

very simple and cheap way to keep your shock clean. no need to screw anything fast. The adhesive sent along works great. It would have been a 5 but they sent 30 tiny little pieces of adhesive of all shapes and sizes. 3 strips would be much better and easier. I guess they were cleaning up the pieces from the floor :-)

For the Life of Me

I can't figure out why Triumph designed a bike that's meant for offroad without protecting the shock from excessive dirt and debris! Pyramid came up with a great solution that worked well! Bracing the shield to allow the glue pads to set was a little tricky, but no issues with the shield lasting. Did not use the provided rivets, and it still held throughout the Mid-Atlantic BDR!

Good product bad double sided tape.

The double sided tape does not stick very well at all. For as much as they charge for these pieces of plastic they need to come up with a better solution for attaching them. I used plastic glue to attach mine. Even though it didnt come with effective tape it does a good job of blocking debris.

Great idea, simple directions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is they said that plastic rivets would be included for mounting and there were none in the shipment I received.

An Essential Addition

This piece works well and is easy to install. Its worth the purchase, considering the tiger 900s dont come with such a thing- which they should- but since they dont, Pyramid fills the void.

Simple, straightforward design that fits very well.

Easy install, works great

The hardest part was not riding my Triumph Tiger for a half-day after installation (to let the stick-on tape cure). Inconspicuous on the bike, and works exactly as advertised, significantly reducing mud and dirt splatter on the rear shock and spring.
