Good saddlebags with great functionality. I love that the tops open from either side, and that the cases are easily removable. I only gripe is the hinges: they are plastic and flex when opening. I feels like they can easily get ripped off and break. I hope they dont. At this price point, I'd expect metal hinges.
The cases fit and look great on my BMW R12. I purchased them with the rack which is also fantastic. I would highly recommend this setup.
Moto Machines answered all my questions on the phone and quickly delivered these side cases complete, well-packaged and in perfect condition. These fit perfectly on the H&B C-Bow mounts, look attractive and function perfectly on my 2014 Honda CB1100. They seem well-made and will hopefully stand the test of time, which they probably will as H&B was founded in Germany over 50 years ago. Pleased with purchase and highly recommend. Once you've had top-loading hard cases, it's hard to go back to regular saddlebags.
Received cases and was impressed with the finish of the cases and mounting hardware. being in Minnesota it's too cold to get out in the garage to install them just yet, but the mounting instructions look pretty straightforward. The cases look like they will look great on my '23 RNineT Scrambler.
I havent done a long trip yet with them on, but they are well built. They were easy to install on my bmw g650gs. I like the options for either taking the top cover off entirely, or either opening the front or the back. Although , I feel I will need to be a bit gentile with the latches as if youre too rough you can put too much pressure on one of the hinges while openings too far.
The locks are great. Im looking forward to riding in the rain and seeing if things stay dry!

I have bought several Hepco Becker items over past few years and all were well built and tough until I received Xcore bags. The Xcore bags are very flimsy, constructed with thin plastic. I will use them but I am doubtful they will hold up on my adventure bike. Pity, they are very attractive and look good on bike.
These Bags are expensive and worth every penny. They have transformed My Sppeed twin into a Fast,fun practical Bike. The Bags Look Factory blending nicely with the bike. They Hold Everything i need and in my Opinion the Quality is better that The Bags on my BMW. The lids open either direction and/or completely removable. Completely Happy with my purchase. Oh, They installed in 15min.
I installed these on my 23 triumph tiger 900 and couldnt be happier! They are so much more convenient to open and not have to worry about unfolding and rebuckling the bags that I had prior. These are probably going to be safer in case the bike is dropped and your leg is underneath. They also improved the look in my opinion.

Looks and feels high quality. Perfect size for my Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello.
The only issue is that one of the brackets was mislabeled for side orientation causing me to go through a lot of trial & error to install. Otherwise, they would have been easy to install.
These are a great size for around town, and the availability for bikes that are mostly ignored by other manufacturers is very welcome. But the cost was quite high (about $1100 with mounts) and the small size limits their applicability for touring. While good, its hard to call them great.

Well made, fit easily on C-Bow carrier. The keys are somewhat difficult to get into the locks. I have to fuss with them a bit. I did lubricate them. They may loosen up with some use.

I rated my XCore boxes a 5 star because they are the perfect fit on my Triumph Speedmaster the size of box fits the size of my bike perfect . Hebco Becker is a great German brand , these boxes on my bike are made out of a plastic material and latches are the same . I will see how they hold up
Putting them to work this riding season . They are expensive for what they are but if they hold they are worth the money . Hopes this helps in your decision on purchasing these boxes first your Triumph Speedmaster

The Hepco & Becker XCore Side Cases were the right choice for my Royal Enfield Classic 350. I wanted boxes that were a) top loading, b) waterproof without supplemental fabric covers, c) sufficiently lockable for peace of mind during a coffee break, and d) handsome or at least not butt-ugly. Xcore fit the bill. To my surprise and delight, the C-bow rack and XCore, is compatible with my Givi TopBox rack and my pillion is perfectly comfortable with all 3 boxes on the bike. I like the single (red) key for all the locks (good!) but I do find that getting the key into the locks requires some fiddling (small problem). I'd quibble that the Xcore boxes were expensive, but...I bought them! Thank you. MotoMachines in US did fine job with website, shipping, and logistics. - Paul

The bags are good. I wouldn't say that they have the same amount of rugged durability (feeling-wise) as some of the other major manufacturers, but they feel well made and high quality. Their real super power is that the cbow mounting system is available for so many bikes, that this may be the only option for your bike. And on that front, they deliver! I would buy again.
These are my second set of HB C bow cases. Originally I purchased the Orbits and discovered I wasnt fond of the side opening set up. I found them difficult to load and close. The Xbows load from the top and seem to be a much better set up. The quality is top notch on both models. The only real complaint I have is the fact that the wt . cap. on the cases are pretty low. I assume thats because they are plastic and the C Bow mounting system isnt really designed for alot of weight. I dont do alot of off road with my KTM like I used to so I cant say how much they would hold up to the dirtor to a fall. But, overall I would rate them 8.5 out 0f 10.

Overall Im happy with the side cases. 2 things I dont likethe interface between the box and mount is loose. It rattles on the mount. I fixed it by adding some foam tape on the interface surface and now it is quiet and solid. 2nd thing I dont like is the mounts are only mounted by 2 bolts to the frame on each side. This allows a fair amount of movement underway. A cross member of some sort would support the boxes much better. Ill look in to fabricating something.
I really like the new X core side cases and they look really good on my Triumph T - 120. The hinges and the latches are very innovative but I would like it more the clearances were a bit tighter likewise the locking mechanism to attach the bags to the C-Bow brackets. Overall I do recommend the cases if you are looking for a good set of hardbags for touring. They are very sharp and blend well with my T - 120 Black. I am egerly awaiting my set of carrying bags that fit into the cases/

Very easy to install. Rear turn signal light relocation bracket is an effective added bonus. Bags are watertight in an Arizona monsoon downpour the first day installed. Brushed aluminum complements the Z900RS factory accents. Hepco Becker guards as well.
