The top lid bag is a hard shell construction that maintains its shape despite the weather and comes with an integrated waterproof bag. The integrated waterproof bag stows your items as any bag would but then velcros closed, folds over at the brim, and snaps shut using a buckle to keep your items dry. These top bags are strapped down to the case and can be made lockable by purchasing one of our combination zipper locks.
