For sale is a rear support strut that adds to the strength of the rear rack by attaching mounts from the rear subframe to the rear rack. The Alurack or Easyrack for the bike needs to be installed.

Much needed support for a top case

The support strut provides the additional. I was able to modify the strut for a Shad/ Givi rear rack. It was simple to drill 2 extra holes to allow for mounting points.

2020 DL1050XT modified for SW-Motech Adventure rack.

Supply chain issues caused delays in this order, doubled up by a error in the website description. MotoMachines corrected the web description and added the correct part, as well as payed return shipping for the incorrect version. Once it arrived the part went on quickly and provide exactly the support I was seeking. I fit the parts up with my non-H&B rear rack and marked & drilled two holes. Using 2 longer screws to sandwich the OEM rack between the rack converter plate and this H&B support. The H&B support bracket has one rear hole (and attached nut) that I did not use, because I drilled 2 new ones. Pictured with Solobox color Rubicon.
