The Sport Rack is an innovative luggage solution for sport bikes. The Sport Rack is used in place of the passenger seat and is secured using the motorcycle’s seat lock. This rack uses the same factory fasteners that lock the rear seat to the bike allowing you to remove the rack just as quickly as the rear passenger seat. Sport racks are made of black anodized aluminum with slots for straps. An enlargement rack is an available extra that has an increased width to fit large soft luggage.

Turned my sport bike into a touring bike. SMH

Just kidding with the title but it IS a bit accurate. The Hepco & Becker mount worked and fit perfectly and I can easily switch back to the regular seat with the twist of a key. Now, I can carry my luggage/case for long trips without worry.

Genuinely curious if i got a lemon

Mine has tons of play, wiggles about, has a 3 inch gap between the plate and the bike in the back, and the angle of the front is not even remotely flush. I can fit three fingers between the plate and the trunk.

Inadequate seal between bike and rack

The build itself is great -- my only gripe is that the 'seal' (if you can call it that) between the rack and the bike is a foam adhesive lining you apply yourself. Even done perfectly, there's still a huge gap in many places and even where it is mated you can easily poke your fingers through the foam to access the storage compartment. For the money you'd think they'd have done a more precise lip closure... so basically if I take this out I'll want to remove everything from my storage area since it'll all get wet if there's any weather.

We’ll made rack for my wife’s Ninja 400

Easy to put together and sold heavy build no cheap materials.

Now my wife is able to put on her new 40litre top case and go on some road trips.

I like that it clicks into where the rear seat goes to make the weight over the rear seat where a passenger would go.

Easy to I click and put your rear seat back on to carry passenger. My wife doesn’t carry passengers so it’s perfect.
