I would have given this 5 stars however, it mounts onto the seat stud with a hole rather than a slot (like the original passenger seat). This means you must remove the center bolt and aluminum sleeve (the part that locks into the slot of the seat), install the rack and run the bolt and sleeve back onto the bike with the rack underneath the seat stud. This raises the seat stud by a few MM causing the seat to sit a little loose. If Hepco and Becker had simply cut out the center like the original passenger seat, installation would be simply and not create this issue. I ended up building up the inside of the seat to allow it to tighten the feel and prevent the wobble/rattle. I may yet take an angle grinder to it and fix the issue altogether.
