Good service, great product, almost!

The service was good, the wait time was long, but I understood the rack was on back order and required a wait, so no real problem there. More updates or estimated delivery dates would have been helpful, but I assume the factory was not providing them, so again, not a big deal. H&B products was as expected, a premium product at a premium price. Why not 5 stars? The mounting hardware was all cheap steel, which I had to go to the hardware store and replace with Stainless hardware in order to mount. For the price H&B products should come with S.S. mounting hardware as steel bolts and nuts on a bike will rust the first time it gets wet.
