Great service and timely delivery
I needed a rack to hold some Mosko Moto Backcountry pannies on my Moto Guzzi V85 TT. These fit the OEM mounting points, look good, and fit the bill.
Excellent customer service. When the pair of Hepco & Becker side cases arrived the latches did not match in color. 1 bag had flat black latches and the other bag had gloss back latches. Talked to Noah and explained the issue and forwarded him pictures. He immediately sent me a return shipping tag and arranged for a new set even before he got the others back so I would be able to take a bike trip I had planned. He even un-boxed the new bags to verify latch color matched.
That my friend is outstanding customer service. They are now my go to dealer to check first on items I may want.
Easy to install. Perfect fitment. Look great too .
