Rugged is the latest set of leather bags to come from Hepco & Becker combining the familiar characteristics of Hepco & Becker quality with nostalgic roots. This is not your typical leather bag and we wouldn't want it to be. Its unconventional character is further enhanced by the contemporary distressed look we have all been longing for. The overall look is an interwoven cross hatched combination of brown and black. This surface has had a special treatment closing the leather pores making it averse to rain and other debris commonly found when riding. Even the black leather straps have the attention to detail Hepco & Becker is known for by adding black buckles instead of the typical chrome. The inner walls of the bag have a hard contour and allow for a locking mechanism that come with the bags. The Rugged leather bag is offered in two versions: C-Bow version to fit on the Hepco & Becker C shaped mounts. Rugged Bag Holder version to fit on bikes with shocks or fairings that would typically be in the way, now part of the mounting system. Great quality bags that are complementary to the bike.

I really like the bags as they look great on my bike, 2020-21 Triumph Speedmaster, without "Harley-izing" the look of the bike. They provide a lot more storage than my messenger bags and with the buckles blacked out it's a much more subtle look. It adds to the appearance of the bike rather than overwhelms it. The bags are not gigantic looking on the bike either, they are just about perfect. The leather on the buckles is stiff as all get out but will become more pliable as they are worked.

High quality bags

I installed C bow mounts on my Moto Guzzi V7II and am using the Rugged bags. The bags are a perfect fit with the bike, and provide good capacity for both around town and trips. The quality of the bags is outstanding, and mounting and removing them couldn't be easier. I am completely satisfied with this product.

Love these bags

I have these in Black for a Ducati. Beautiful bags. Very lightweight for the size. Hardware was very easy to install. A little pricey but I think worth it. Love these bags.
