The Royster Neo is the latest and greatest C-bow bag from Hepco and Becker. While the overall aesthetic takes inspiration from an Oyster shape, the design and functionality of the Neo bags are top-notch.
Polyester and Polyurethane make up the shell of the Neo bag making it strong and resistant to the elements. The special construction and material make-up of the bags make them very sturdy and lightweight. While they are technically "soft" bags, they hold their shape even when loaded due to the semi-rigid construction. An integrated carrying handle is perfect for mounting and dismounting the bags. Reflective outer accents give you a little more visibility out on the road.
New for this model is the integrated zipper combination lock cleverly positioned at the top. No need for separate combination locks.

These bags are awesome. The bag construction stays rigid and look great. I got caught in a rainstorm and the inner dry bags worked perfectly. I own a 2025 Yamaha XSR900 sport bike that I can ride on weekend get aways now.
Installation of bags was very easy as well. Customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful. Free shipping was a plus.
These are perfect on my 2024 Monster. I think the bike actually looks better with the bags. Easily enough room for a weekend trip, but not enough for a full face helmet.
I have the smaller version of these that are suitable for around town, day rides and maybe even a 1 night trip. But decided these larger ones would be better for longer trips. I like the fact that on these larger bags they are expandable and you can remove the inner dry bag.
Completely satisfied with the quality, form, function and ease of installation. My bags are practically new, so no comment on durability other than they look and feel durable.
Intend to purchase the matching top and/or a tank bag in the near future.

Im not very savvy with a wrench. However, these were straightforward and easy to install. I like the locking features on the bag to the frame and the ability to lock the bag zipper as well. It expands to add room. It will not hold a XL helmet, but thats ok. It gets the job done for what I need it for. Im looking to add the rear baggage before spring.
Wonderful bags, good workmanship. The GOOD: ample storage, sturdy casing, working lock, great zippers, waterproof liner roll-top. The BUMMER: mounting-bolt site necessitated removal of my existing tail rack, carry handles are wee-bit too flush to case (leaving little room for knuckles/hand). I rode in an hour of rain and roll-top bag kept out the wet, and outer casing dried out nicely.

I've just had these bags now for a couple weeks but my initial impressions are great. They're really well constructed and look great on my bike. I was a bit apprehensive about the aesthetics originally but the features made me give them a try. I'm very pleased with the choice. I love the way they lock to the C-bow racks. It's very secure. The little combination locks for the zippers are a cool touch too. It's not as secure as hard luggage but nobody's going to just cut a strap and walk off with these bags. I also like the rigid shell construction, these bags absolutely hold their shape. I haven't loaded them up for a tour yet so I can't speak to that but I'm confident they'll do well. I also love that I can use the C-bow racks as an anchor point for my tail pack or other tie downs. These bags, combined with my tail pack and tank bag will definitely give me enough capacity for solo touring.
I have been looking at these for some time and finally pulled the trigger. These bags do not disappoint. Well made, has lots of reflection to be seen, ample storage, and good rain protection by the inner waterproof bag. When it comes to installing anything, I am a mechanical nightmare. The supports for installing these bags, however, could not be easier. I had both sides and bags installed in 30 minutes. I reached out to customer service with some product questions. They were very responsive and detailed in their response: A+ products and Customer Service. I love the C-Bow System and plan to be back for a set of hard bags too. A veteran/first responder discount would be nice.
