Great tail bag fits on EasyRack perfectly

I wish it were waterproof or that the rain cover wasnt so darn expensive but the bag itself is great. It expands significantly if needed which really comes in handy, it creates enough room to fit a small bag of groceries when passing through a town before heading to the campsite. Fully expanded you could fit in be full face helmet in there but it would be tight. I sprayed it heavily with ScotchGuard watershield to give it some resistance to water and that does seem to help for light rain but it wont stand up to down pours.

I purchased this rear sports tail bag for my Ducati Hypermotard SP - Strada. I purchased the bike used with low miles and the previous owner had installed Hepco Becker side bags and tail mount. On my way to Mt Shasta from Los Angeles I purchased the HB rear sports tail bag to complete my HB luggage kit and let me say the whole set up is amazing with this rear bag really making a huge change to the set up. The bag is larger than one would think and can shrink to fit the bill so long as you haven't maxed it out. There is also a top zipper pouch that also holds more than meets the eye. For me I was able to store a whole tire repair kit in the top zipper and a change of boots and other misc clothing items in the main pouch. FYI for the party bunch - the rear bag will will hold a whole 12 pack of bottled beer when taken to its max. You may have to put the pack in upside down but it will fit. I've proven it. The bag is complete - its waterproof but remember, in a very strong storm - whether your riding or parked soft bags can only handle so much. I highly recommend the bag and have been very happy with my HB set up.

Fits the H&B Alurack just as advertised and expansion is larger than I originally thought. It does not come with a rain cover and that's a bummer however, one is offered and I purchased it as a just in case situation.
