The Sport Rack is an innovative luggage solution for sport bikes. The Sport Rack is used in place of the passenger seat and is secured using the motorcycle’s seat lock. This rack uses the same factory fasteners that lock the rear seat to the bike allowing you to remove the rack just as quickly as the rear passenger seat. Sport racks are made of black anodized aluminum with slots for straps. An enlargement rack is an available extra that has an increased width to fit large soft luggage.

Good for 2014 z900

Solid unit, installs easily and all hardware included. Can easily be swapped back and forth with the rear seat. Foam strips are provided to help with a snug fit.

I pair this up with the Royster Sport Rear Bag BASIC Version and use the attachment system, I have not tried using straps with it but it has slots on the side to do that.

Better than nothing

Only real option I could find if you want to strap on a small rear bag. Well constructed, good fit and works well within its limitations. Wish it had ability to add a top case. Pricy but worth it.

solid construction

do not know why it did not come preassembled. was easy to assemble. not enough foam weather striping to seal around front completely. very sturdy construction. would be nice to have slots in all 4 sides to help strap things down. the best option I could find for a rack. well pleased so far.
