The Rear Rack is a fixed rack bolted on to the rear of your bike allowing you a tie-down point for soft luggage. Every Rear Rack is custom designed for each individual model bike. Racks are attached to the motorcycle through the existing strong points on the sub-frame of the motorcycle. These racks are made of high-quality steel tubing finished in black, silver or chrome. All racks are relatively easy to install and come with the required hardware and installation instructions. 

This rear rack is not suitable for your typical Hepco & Becker top case. The rack does not have a bow portion that is used to secure top cases. 
Please note that the C-Bow carrier is not compatible with the rear rack. It does not fit the Icon model.

Good product not so good price

The product was good but i also found similar products online for much cheaper. I thought maybe this one would be higher quality but it seemed the same to me

This is a fine piece

This is a fine piece of metal art. Also a well built luggage rack that I use as a tool kit support. The fit was perfect and it mounted easily. I went for hex headed bolts instead of the very good looking round head allen bolts because I didn't have a short enough allen wrench for the narrow frame area to work in. I've given it a 225 mile test on dusty/rocky Arizona trails in the last week and it passed with full marks.

Nice rack, bad instructions, cheap fasteners

The rack itself is nice enough, seems well constructed. The instructions were poor though, specifically the bolt torque specs. For the type of bolt provided (M10, 10.9 grade, button head) the torque spec is crazy high, and you will strip the bolt head if you get anywhere near the prescribed torque. I ended up stripping 3 of the 4 bolts and had to extract them with Speedout bits. I ordered some 12.9 grade hex bolts with a 10mm head in the same thread size (Belmetric BSH10X16), torqued them to about 30 Nm, and they worked like a charm.

Looks great

I would give it 5 stars if it t were rated at more than 5 kilos. It fit my 2022 Ducati Icon perfectly. I mounted a Givi V47 and Givi universal mounting plate on it. Looks like it came on the bike from the factory because I bought the silver lid and the red top insert. I'm very happy with it.

Desert Sled Rear Rack

Quality and finish of the rack is first rate, as is to be expected from H&B. I am very satisfied with look and functionality.

Installation was straight forward, 4 bolts that fit into existing frame mounts. It does require removing the rear mud guard, entire process took about 15-20 minutes beginning to end.
