The new Junior 55 top case. The classic design from Hepco & Becker has been updated to modern styling. This case remains one of the toughest and yet elegant available today. Virtually unbreakable featuring a double walled shell made of highly impact resistant material absorbs impacts and falls. Thanks to a special seal, the bags are watertight allowing for the most grueling conditions. Available in 3 different styles being solid black, gloss black, and silver. The largest Hepco & Becker case available providing 55 liters of room and enough space for two full sized helmets. The top case can also be fitted with additional items such as a top case railing for additional storage as well as a backrest and inner bag.

Excellent quality. Completely waterproof. Locking mechanisms work well. Best top case I've had in my, almost, 60 years of riding.
I've have just one issue though I'm not sure if it's the top case or the Alurack hence the four stars. The spacing between the bottom of the case and the locking mechanism bar is slightly narrower than the height of the rack. The fix was to bend bend the locking mechanism bar down and increase the spacing. Unfortunately I don't see how to post the pics I took to show what I found. This should not be a show stopper as it is easily fixable.
Very high quality. The locks and latches are superior to my older Hepco & Becker side cases. Absolutely water tight!
I love this case. I mounted it to my Triumph Bonneville T120 using the universal alurack and it couldnt have gone any easier. Its got a ton of room inside and is exceptionally well made.
More solidly built than the Givi case Ive used for years.
The customer service was exceptionalMM matched the locks to the side cases on my Guzzi so I can use all three cases on two bikes.
Good quality product. Easy installation. Only issue is that it is too wide. Should have ordered the Junior 40.

I had the old 55 back in the day, the junior one is even better (if that's possible). waterproof seal , plastic texture and quality, and design updates .. The Locks are same rigid parts as the original one.
Solid box, very handy! Slimmer vertical profile is very nice.
Nothing junior about this case. Its huge, easily fits Helmet and jacket glovesdid I mention its huge. Oh and its pretty well made too.

This case keeps delivering. Holds 2 helmets. Holds really anything you have. Been being careful on the weight limit but so far so good. Love this thing.
It's larger than I thought it would be but the quality is also greater than I thought it would be. Fits two helmets no problem. Very happy with it.

Overall, a great topcase. It is huge, two modular helmets with intercoms attached fir without issue, plus leave plenty of room to spare. it is well laid out, and, for its size, also has good aerodynamics. From a safety perspective, the substantial locks are a plus, as are the reflectors. Easy to put on and take off the luggage rack, and easy to carry.
I deducted a star for two reasons:
#1: The material is durable, but it isn't as sturdy as the Junior 40L topcase or the Junior Sidecases. I unfortunately crashed this topcase, and while it held up structurally without issue, it took a lot more cosmetic damage than the Junior 40 Sidecases.
#2: The material & design also doesn't match the look of the Junior Sidecases, only the Junior 40L Topcase does.

When I bought my Ulysses the first thing I did was strip the Journey bags and racks and replace them with the Junior setup.. This case along with my 40 liter Junior sidebags is perfect for me and Mrs Karma. She's not a minimalist but I am so I take the left bag and she takes the other two. So far, (3 seasons, 30K miles) they've been very good, my only complaint is that the left bag is not 100% waterproof so I use waterproof stuff sacks for my clothing. The right bag and the top case are flawless. These bags will be moving to my next bike. I don't care if they fit the style or not. They're that good.
Love the top case. Once the Aprilia Caponord mount was installed, the case goes on and off very easily, but is very stable on the bike while riding. My spouse is happy to have something to lean against, and I really appreciate having space for two full face helmets.
Moto Machine always ships fast and the price was right. The case is big, secure and well built. What else needs to be said?
Amazing. My Junior topcase fits everything. It's sleek and functional. and the easy lock on/off makes it easy for long or short trips
A great looking top case that makes best use of the space for a variety of loads. I like it Better than clam-shell shapes, still streamlined but easier to arrange a large fill, partly because it opens nearer the top. It will indeed fit two helmets if that is what you wish to use it for. the double-wall construction is very strong, and two locking latches adds to its strength. The finish is classy yet durable, and it's not gaudy. But if one is so inclined it's easy enough to add a light bar or reflective tape.
I bought the Junior 55 top case along with a pair of the Junior 30's for my 2014 Triumph Bonneville. The 3-piece set will give me the capacity for longer weekend trips, and the top case alone will accommodate my laptop and other work necessities during the week. The cases fit securely to the Hepko Becker complete rack system. The smooth finish on the Junior 55 does not match the rough textured finish on the Junior 30s. I'm a little disappointed in that. They don't really look like a matched set. All in all they look pretty good and work well.
Bought Strom used that had H-B Junior hard side cases, so the Junior 55 top case makes a fantastic matched set (I like the sleeker square style instead of the "egg shaped bulbous" types. Lots of room in all - solid construction with nice fit and finish. Motomachines matched the keys for all three - thanks! The 650.3515 01 01 Rear Alurack mounted solidly without any trouble and was very surprised when top case was mounted/locked, the whole setup was SOLID!! I am extremely happy with this three bag setup: looks nice, works great and very well made for a very reasonable price.
