The Handlebar Guards from Hepco & Becker provide some of the strongest protection for your handlebars on the market. The 12mm thick powder-coated tube steel guards mount to both the bar ends and handlebar clamps allowing for the maximum coverage, protection, and stability possible for motorcycle handlebars. No other handle guards provide this protection and style. They integrate perfectly on the handlebars of your bike while usually being able to keep the stock windguards for the perfect combination of protection.

PLEASE NOTE: These guards are designed to work with STOCK HANDLEBARS AND WIND GUARDS. The provided hardware may not work with aftermarket risers or other modifications or adjustments to the handlebars. At least, longer bolts will be necessary if attempting this.

Hepco & Becker Handguards for Tenere 700

These look great and are an easy install. The do absorb some impacts but are very easily bent with pretty minor falls. I hoped they would be better protection but it looks like Bark Busters are in my future.

Installed and used on my 2021 Tenere 700

I gave only 3 stars because I have crashed twice on my bike and both times I bent these HB Guards.
Pros - easy to install, tie into the stem, work with the OEM hand guards, neat/tidy appearance protect levers on falls.
Cons - Bend/distort much more than expected on falls (right one bent so much it knocked the front brake line out of whack), powder coating chips and cracks easily where bent and then begins rusting.

H&B handguards on 2022 T7

I installed them on my 2022 T7 and I like the fit. I really like that it bolts to the existing handlebar mount. I haven’t crashed yet for the ultimate test of durability so I can’t comment on that yet. The stock hand shields stay in place. When I tilted my handlebars forward the right brace contacted the brake reservoir requiring some adjustments, no big deal.

Don't waste your money and time

These have several significant issues that make them the worst handguards I have ever put on a motorcycle.

First, the hardware is too short. The screws they give you for the handlebar mounts only engage two threads, so they stripped out my handlebar mount before getting to factory torque spec.

Also, when I took them off road and tipped my bike over at walking speed once on each side (on dirt), they folded like tin foil. See pics.

Moto machines' solution to these brand new guards being trashed after one ride was "bend them back."

I've used Cycra on my DRZ and had countless hard crashes with them not once moving. And those were almost half the price of these!

$200 thrown away, plus my handlebar mount is damaged.

I've never been so disappointed in an aftermarket part and its seller. If you actually plan to go off road, get barkbuster or Cycra and save yourself the headache.

Great Looking Handguards

These handguards look great on the bike and are very easy to install. I'm not certain if they'll be as sturdy as the traditional bent aluminum style but they look really nice and I love how they integrate with all the stock components.

These hand guards are fantastic!

These hand guards are fantastic! I love the fact that they add protection to the stock guards rather than replace the stock guards. Beyond this fact, they mount cleanly without a ton of extra hardware, look clean and seem exceptionally strong.

Superb fit and finish for the T700

I liked the look of these Hepco & Becker bars and their ability to work with the T700's stock hand guard fairings. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. Thanks MotoMachines for the quick ship too, just in time for a trip into the mountains before the snows arrive.
