Best Crash Bars in the Market

I looked long and hard to find some crash bars that were not over done but sufficient to protect my 2020 BMW S1000XR. I finally found the Hepco & Becker Crash Bars and was amazed how well designed and easy to install on the bike.

Good but,

Crash bars were good and fit the mounting points well. But the description advised that fairings did not need to be modified, but this was not the case. The two main fairings require a circular arc about 1. 5” diameter out of the trailing edge. Not difficult and not necessarily bad - just not as stated.

Just right.

Very well made. Excellent quality and design. Arrived faster than an Amazon order placed at same time. Price was much less than competitors. You do have to remove the farings but NO CUTTING NEEDED. That was important to me. They also look good, not obtrusive. Did a great deal of research prior. Would definitely buy again.

H&B engine guards

Excellent guards. Fit and finish is great and they look like they would do the job in case of a get off. Built in sliders are extra protection. You will have to come up with another way to mount the factory riding lights as these use that mounting hole for one of the mounting points.
