First, the product was delivered promptly and the transaction went off without a hitch; all praise for Moto Machines!
The product is as expected, meaning that installation was a breeze and it provides a limited measure of additional comfort for the pillion. It is not a cushy piece of padding that will make eight hour rides a venture of extreme comfort but it does provide the pillion with a pad to lean back upon. Additionally, it looks a natural part of the topcase and after installation, the topcase would look bare if I took the backrest off. In all, the purchase was well worth it.
