What is Spindle Bobbin Crash Protection?

Mounted through the rear wheel spindle and swing arm, the nylon bobbins and aluminium support of EP Rear Spindle Bobbins for the Triumph Trident offer secure protection. The bobbins project from both sides of the wheel, hoping to take impact first should an incident occur to reduce expensive damage. The innovative design by Evotech Performance allows the nylon bobbins to rotate above the aluminium core which can reduce stress and wear placed on the wheel.

Rear axle sliders praised for easy installation and appearance. Customers said they're "easy to install" and "looks great on bike." Most appreciated the protection they provide. One customer noted quality concerns compared to OEM alternatives and mentioned missing installation instructions with 8nm torque spec.

Underwhelming

Surprised these have received such good reviews. Quality is not even close to the Trident oem front sliders. And these are more expensive. You need two 13mm sockets to install. Yes theyre super simply to install, which is why I didnt bother googling online instructions only found them by accident after install and the torque spec is only 8nm. Be nice if evotech could be bothered to put the instructions in the box. Hopefully this helps somebody, they should still spin when tight. Or better yet, just rely on the spools or find better made sliders. A hex would be nice instead of the cheesy threaded rod and two 13mm nuts.

Amazing and worth the cost.

These are simple and easy to install. Build quality is great, only leaving a 4 star as I have yet to drop my bike to truly put them to the test. Hopefully I never have to.

They are top quality, let's hope they stay new ;)
