Motomachines listed this item at no cost on their website for weeks. So I bought it and paid shipping. They refused to honor it. While I am not so irritated at this, I am upset at the attitude and the way they handled this. This was their error and it was published for weeks!. They would not even take responsibility for the mistake and tried to give me a story on how the website glitched. This is not true. This is their error and the website functions as it is designed. To not even apologize and start off by stating that they will be charging me full price (they also never reached out to me about it, I had to reach out to them), this along with the attitude is why this review is being posted.

Honesty and integrity was all I was after. A simple "We screwed up and listed it at no cost on the website, we are very sorry but we wont be able to honor that price" or an attempt to take responsibility and/or to offer a promo or discount. But none of this was offered.

I dont understand why businesses cant just take responsibility and admit they screwed up and to show they value potential customers by at least some sort of attempt to gain a customer after they screw up.
