Very deceptive description and video

Buyer beware - these bags do not come with shoulder strap as listed in description "Shoulder straps also come with the bags for added ease of use."

They also do not come with the tiedown straps like shown in the video, contacted company directly and they say they do but moto machines says they do not. The Velcro straps do not attach the bags securely at all. And as always moto machines has a huge restocking fee if they even take it back at all. communication attached below

We looked at your pictures and compared them to one that we have in stock and we do not see anything missing in your photo. The black velcro straps on both bags are sufficient for mounting to any side carrier. The four additional loops on the bags are there for additional tie downs if you wish, but they are not required for mounting. The additional straps are available to purchase on our site. Could you possibly point out what straps you think are missing because everything we see on your bag is what comes stock on the bags.
