The Sissy Bar is a great accessory that adds style and functionality to the bike. The Sissy Bar provides your passenger with a backrest and on certain models, a rear rack for added soft luggage. This rear rack will only accommodate soft luggage, not the hard luggage from Hepco & Becker. Hepco & Becker offer two styles being with and without a built in rear rack for the Sissy Bar.

set for sissybar; rear bar

great looking but if i want to use a top box occasionally; the back rest should fold down; out of the way or ? ideas Or a bracket there I can bolt on the back rest if needed as this one is permanent.
Option 2 is rear rails without the back rest. but still have the handles there for passenger. I don't see that configuration. The pannier bars work with what hard bags ?
