This adapter set from Hepco & Becker is required to fit parts 502.9539 WITH / OR 501.9539. ONLY ONE ADAPTER SET IS NEEDED PER BIKE, so you do not need to purchase a second adapter set if you decide to install one of the parts after the other.
PLEASE NOTE: The only situation where an adapter is not necessary is when installing 501.9539 or 502.9539 with the OEM Tank guards and Engine guards respectively.

Messy instructions but you can figure it out
Look amazing great quality, install is a little tight and unclear with directions, but overall amazing once you get them on. Dont forget the bracket is needed as well. It says you only need one bracket if you are installing both top and bottom, though I went to purchase the bottom ones after and by the looks of it I'm not sure how they'd work on the same bracket with the top ones installed as well.

Works as stated for installing engine guard and upper bars on a Transalp. I gave it 4 stars as a warning, you will need a M10x1. 25 tap to chase four holes. The threads get thick black paint in them and the bolts won't fit.
