Triumph, the iconic British motorcycle manufacturer, has once again made waves in the motorcycle world with the release of the all-new Daytona 660 for 2024. The legendary Daytona name carries a strong lineage dating back to 1967 T100T and T100R models; and more recent models being the 955i, 675, and 765. This new middleweight sports bike promises to deliver the same wow factor we have come to know and love from the famous marquee.   

Powerful Performance: The Heart of the Beast
At the heart of the Daytona 660 is Triumph's distinctive and evolved 660cc triple engine, now boasting 95 horsepower and 69 torque. This is a 17% increase in power and 9% boost in torque compared to the Trident 660! Triumph has been able to accomplish this impressive feat by introducing a new cylinder head, camshafts, crankshaft, exhaust system, and triple throttle bodies. The Daytona 660 features ride by wire throttle and a boggling 12,650 RPM red line. 80% of torque has been made available at just 3,125 RPM for optimum low end power. Even with all this newfound power; the engine is said to provide a smooth, responsive, and linear delivery. If you have ridden the Trident 660 then you know it’s a very forgiving yet sporty drive with this new model promising to take it one step further.  

Balanced Chassis and Agile Handling: A Ride Like No Other
The Daytona 660 features a perfectly balanced chassis, offering an intuitive and agile sports handling experience while maintaining all-day riding comfort. Seat height comes in at 32inches with an available low seat offered by Triumph as an additional extra. The bike is equipped with high-specification components like Showa upside-down big piston forks, a Showa preload-adjustable monoshock RSU, and radial 4 piston brakes with twin 310mm discs. This middleweight sports bike ensures a thrilling yet controlled ride. Michelin's new Power 6 tires further enhance the bike's grip and stability.

Rider-Focused Technology: Where Innovation Meets Safety
Triumph has equipped the Daytona 660 with cutting-edge rider-focused technology to enhance the overall riding experience. Three riding modes (Sport, Road, and Rain) optimize throttle response and traction control settings based on the riding conditions. Additionally, a new Emergency Deceleration Warning system activates hazard lights during heavy braking to alert other road users.

Distinctive Design: Aesthetics With Attitude
The unmistakable Daytona design DNA has been reimagined with fresh attitude resulting in an aggressive new stance and clean lines. Twin LED headlights with a central air intake, minimal bodywork emphasizing the athletic profile, and a contoured LED tail light contribute to the Daytona 660's striking appearance. Riders can choose from three bold color options, each featuring a race-inspired '660' graphic.
