The Horizon XP / XP2 models have a wider central section (the clamping area) than the Horizon Rebel models, making them suitable for use on the Harley Davidson Road Glide bikes and other large cruisers.

The shape of the Horizon XP / XP2 is visually recommended for larger cruisers which have a relatively open/uncluttered area around the bars (discrete clocks, etc.) and so lends itself nicely to the Harley Davidson Road Glide, Road King, Freewheeler Trike (pictured) and others. Note that the Road Glide model launched in 2015 requires the Horizon XP2 model as it has a 1 1/4" (32mm) diameter bar.

XP MODEL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 2" to 4" inch (5 cm to 10 cm) rear-adjustable offset**
• 30" to 34.5" (76 cm to 87.5 cm) width** (grip end to grip end) - note that typical rider use is 31" to 32" wide (78.5 cm to 81 cm)
• Knurling is 3.5" (9 cm) width - this is the distance between the center lines of the 2 knurled (cross hatched) sections which prevent bar slip/rotation
• Interior bend to bend width is 8" (20.5 cm) - this is the length of the straight central section of the bar before it bends on each side (the clamped section)
• 1" (25 mm) bar diameter
• Handlebar tubes are slotted for wiring, bars themselves are not internally wired due to pivot points
• Accommodates electronic throttle and Harley Davidson heated grips
• 2007 and earlier Harley Davidson models require a flexible brake line (not included - see "Add to Cart" options)
