Detailed instructions and all components necessary for installation are included (along with hydraulic line extensions).
While everything is included in the kit, some members of the VFR boards have installed full replacement throttle cables in order to keep them in the stock location. This is NOT necessary, however if you prefer to not re-route your cables here are the part numbers they have referenced:Â 17910-MT3-000 Cable A and 17920-MT3-000 Cable B.
HELIBARS® HORIZON™ ST MODEL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Positioning adjustable in no less than 3 ways: Bars rotate up and down, forwards and backwards, inwards and outwards
- 2" to 5" (5cm to 12.5cm) taller** than stock handlebars depending on adjustment combinations
- 4" to 6" (10cm to 15cm) closer** to the rider than stock depending on adjustment combinations
- 1" to 1 1/4" (2.5cm to 3cm) wider** depending on forward or back wrist angle adjustment
- Vastly improved leverage and handling especially at lower speeds
- All necessary components included for start to finish installation, including hydraulic line extensions
- Uses stock damper assemblies and bar end weights (see YouTube video for damper assembly removal)
- Uses all other factory cables, hydraulics and wire looms
