GB Racing Bullet Race Frame Sliders Suzuki GSXR 1000 2005-2008
GB Racing race frame sliders are design for the track day enthusiast in mind. These differ from the street version since they are designed to fit flush to or under your motorcycle fairing. This is safer for the track day enthusiast because it lessens the chance for a high side crash and increases the chances your bike will remain on its side when sliding. This low profile design is also beneficial to keep the bike sliding on the bike protection saving the more expensive parts such as the radiator. The bullet head is held onto the bike with use of an aluminum cylinder that acts as a sacrificial section designed to bend should the slider hit a solid object. The bullet head is also made from the same proprietary material found in GB Racing engine covers and other racer approved items.
• Contact patch is the same proprietary material GB racing is known for
• Contact patch is designed to absorb the energy rather than bounce away
• Reduces the chance for damage to other costly parts of the bike
• Low cost replacement heads available
GB Racing manufactures the best bolt on motorcycle protection you can buy for your motorcycle. A bold yet true statement easily backed by the number of championships they have achieved with their products and by working alongside the world’s best race teams. GB Racing was the first company to receive product approval from the FIM, the global racing authority, and continue to improve their crash protection products from race teams and everyday customers. Their core product range is secondary engine covers amongst other protection such as frame sliders, chain guards, and axle sliders. GB Racing design and manufacture all products in house located in Hertfordshire, England. To say they are race enthusiasts would be an understatement to the sheer passion and joy they inject into the sport.
NOTE: Please be aware of counterfeit items. Many overseas companies have tried to copy the design and have done so poorly. Trust us; you do not want these on your bike. You will be able to tell from the lighter feel, packaging, and of course inferior packaging.
